Housekeeping:

Today I stewed apples and rhubarb with cloves and then added a crumbly top which I then covered in cream as a treat and as a way to ensure I was eating some fruit. I added some additional stewed apricots as a “garnish”.

The only way I have been able to manage this is by training myself to eat varied food items and to eat and crunch on an apple is just not possible, so I have to get creative (what can I cook and how?) so as to easily consume a food group.

The Four S’s: Stock, Sauce, Soup, and Smoothies are not just recipes; they are the cornerstones of your food life post-treatment. Whether you’re in survival mode, recovery, or navigating long-term eating changes, these culinary essentials offer versatility, nutrition, and a way to reconnect with food.
