Is it harder doing this alone?

Aren't we all doing this alone? Life and head and neck cancer treatment.

I should never write anything after a neck manipulation. I generally find that after treatment, I am sore, raw and very often emotional. I become very woe is me and know that this too will pass. I don’t operate machinery, drive a vehicle or make life altering decisions after a neck treatment session.

It starts as a tingling sensation in my left shoulder…
