It is an abridged version (of sorts) of the full Mind Food Body Program. Abridged in the sense that I did this live with participants from all over the world and recorded the process for you.

So find yourself somewhere quiet where you can watch and listen, grab a hot drink, a pen and download the work book so you can follow along and start to create some food goals. Do the 5 modules in your own time and at your pace, you will forever have the links as long as there is You Tube. Join me whether you are a patient or a carer or just someone who wants some first hand knowledge as to how I transitioned off a PEG tube and beyond to live my absolute best food life.

I have also added all the resources I refer to during the workshop and they are there for you to download too, helpful things like how to create meal plans and shopping lists when you are struggling to eat.
