She offers tips (what she did) for prevention and treatment of teeth and gum issues, emphasizing the need for scrupulous oral hygiene habits and regular dental check-ups.

Yvonne also shares her personal tips for maintaining good oral hygiene after treatment, including using a water Pikster with warm water, high fluoride toothpaste, and a syringe with a hook to flush out debris, which is very useful for travelling (take note)

Additionally, Yvonne discusses the importance of a healthy and balanced diet during cancer treatment and recovery. She emphasizes the need for a diet rich in nutrients, such as fruit, vegetables & protein.

Yvonne suggests incorporating anti-inflammatory foods into the diet, such as turmeric, ginger, and omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, Yvonne finds fish relatively easy to eat and she also talks about the 5 mother sauces and why knowing them can be a game changer.
